Who is it for?

This Diploma is intended for anyone exercising a medical profession to interact effectively in French with patients, their families and with nursing and medical staff, in order to enable institutions and companies in the sector to better serve a French-speaking patient and clientele or to grow in a French-speaking market.

What is its content ?The proposed activities always place you in the situation of a health professional. You are required to interact with patients and French-speaking health professionals in various structures, and in the professions associated with them.

The activities cover recurrent and transversal communication situations in different health professions, medical or paramedical, in care establishments (hospital, retirement home, care center), in private practice or in humanitarian structures.

Examples of activities: Completing a medical file, designing prevention support, completing a care protocol or writing a prevention note on health risks, explaining a medical act, intervening on a public health subject with an audience of non-specialists.
